Maria A. Molina, lovingly known as Dorin, age 80, of Luquillo, Puerto Rico, passed away peacefully at Carlisle Hospital at 2:06 a.m. on February 7, 2026. Maria was a woman of deep faith who loved the Lord and lived her life as a devoted prayer warrior. Her faith guided her daily and was a source of strength to her family and all who knew her. She found joy in caring for others, especially through her love of cooking and crocheting—gifts she generously shared with family and friends. Maria is survived by her five sons: Edwin Cruz Molina, Enrique Cruz Molina, Freddie Cruz-Molina, Wilfredo Cruz, Jr., Pedro L. Cruz, only daughter Ruth N. Rivera, her beloved son-in-love, Fernando L. Rivera and over 26 grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews all of whom loved her dearly and will carry her memory in their hearts. Maria was predeceased by all of her siblings: Paula Molina, Ruben Molina, Pedro Molina, Felipe Molina, Virginia Molina, Angelica Molina, and Georgina Molina. Maria’s legacy is one of love, devotion, and faith. She will be deeply missed by her family and all who were blessed to know her. Maria found great comfort in Scripture, especially Psalm 91, which reflected her unwavering trust in God and the faith by which she lived her life.
