Richard A. “Rich” Falcone, 59, of Etters, PA, passed away on February 14th, 2026, at UPMC Harrisburg Hospital.Born on February 17th, 1966, in Frankfurt, Germany, Rich was born a United States national while his father was proudly serving in the U.S. military. He was the son of Charles J. Falcone and Alberta L. (Holland) Falcone.
Rich was retired from the construction trade, where he dedicated many years of hard work and craftsmanship to Redman Homes in Ephrata. He took great pride in his work and was known for his strong work ethic and steady hands.
Outside of work, Rich enjoyed fishing, watching western movies, cooking hearty meals, and most of all, spending time with his family. He appreciated the simple pleasures in life, especially relaxing with an ice-cold beer after a long day. Whether around the table, by the water, or simply together at home, those were the moments he cherished most.
Rich was the devoted husband of the late Mary Falcone. In addition to his beloved wife, he was preceded in death by his brother, JP Plylaharn.
He is survived by his loving children: Michael F. Bourette and his wife Danielle; Jennifer L. Graves and her husband Michael; Christine L. Strickland and her husband Thomas.
He is also survived by his brothers Jason Plylaharn, Chris Falcone, and Jack Plylaharn; his sisters Beth Falcone and Victoria Falcone; 10 cherished grandchildren; and 1 great-grandchild who brought him great joy.
