Maureen T. Edwards, 85, of Country Meadows of Mechanicsburg passed away on Monday, February 23, 2026. Maureen was born on November 21, 1940 in Wilkes-Barre, PA.; and was a daughter to the late Michael Orlowski and Mary (Grundowski) Orlowski. Maureen was a member of Seven Sorrows Catholic Church of Middletown, PA., where she sang in the church choir. Maureen enjoyed Art, painting, polka dancing, harp music, Keltic instruments and most of all spending time supporting her grandchildren at their events. Maureen was the widow of Charles I. Edwards (1993). Surviving are sons, David C. Edwards and his wife Sheila, Jeffrey L. Edwards, and his wife Lisa, sisters, Cathy Litherland, Fran Baer and husband Denny, Ann Wood and husband John, and brother Thomas Orlowski, grandchildren, Benjamin Edwards, William Edwards, Molly Edwards, Timothy Edwards, AnneMarie Edwards, Bridget Edwards, Kristin (Edwards) Pacek, Chelsea Edwards, Garrett Edwards, great grandchildren, Eli Pacek and Easton Pacek. In addition to her husband and parents Maureen was preceded in death by a son, Daniel A. Edwards. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, February 27, 2026 at 11:00 am.; at Seven Sorrows Roman Catholic Church. Visitation will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 am. Burial will be in Forest Meadow s Cemetery Gainesville, FL.
