Janet E. Ruocco Janet E. Ruocco, Obituary Janet E. Ruocco, 71, of Lower Paxton Township passed away peacefully on Monday, April 13, 2015 at the Carolyn Croxton Slane Hospice Residence. Janet was born on December 31, 1943 in Brooklyn, New York; a daughter to the late Herbert L. and Wilhelmina (Grosch) Schreier. Janet worked in accounting and book keeping most of her life. She was devoted to her churches as a church Elder and former President of the church council at Emmaus Lutheran Church, NY. Janet was currently a member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Our Saviour, Harrisburg. Janet is survived by family and friends whom she cherished in life. A funeral service will be held at Evangelical Lutheran Church of Our Saviour on Thursday, April 16, 2015 at 12:00 P.M.; viewings will be held on Wednesday, April 15, 2015 from 7 to 9 P.M. and from 11 to 12:00 P.M. in her church. Burial will follow in Willow Grove Cemetery, Lower Paxton Twp. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to her church Evangelical Lutheran Church of Our Saviour or Hospice of Central PA.
