Dear Marie and daughters,
I just heard about Joe's passing back in 2017. I am so sorry for your loss. I can't begin to tell you the importance of those PSU-Beaver Campus years (1967-75) for my career and for my family as formative years in school, church and the area. I basically learned my profession and Joe was instrumental in that learning process. You may know that I reconnected to Joe when I was doing a job search back in 1986. He was so helpful. I used him as a reference several times. I see that he ended up being Chancellor at IUPUFW! Bev and I divorced back in 1989 after two of my moves ended up in physical separations. I remarried a wonderful woman and we have been married for 34 years. I see your daughters are all married and you have grands. My 4 are grown, but only 2 married and between my 2 marriages I have 4 grands. Again, you have my deepest sympathy. I hope you are well.
