Obituary of Michael K. Fuller
Michael K. Fuller, 55, of Harrisburg died peacefully on Friday, September 4th, 2015 at the Carolyn Croxton Slane Hospice Residence after a courageous two year battle with brain cancer. Michael was the son of the late Joseph H. and Mary Ann (Dougher) Fuller of Harrisburg. He grew up in Harrisburg and graduated from Bishop McDevitt High School. He retired from the Bureau of Workforce Development, Labor and Industry after 34 years of service. He was a member of Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church, the Sons and Daughters of Italy. He coached and refereed different levels of youth basketball, loved family, friends, fishing and everything Notre Dame. He is survived by his loving wife Diane (Laubenstine) and two sons, Steven Morris and Christopher Fuller, two brothers, Timothy J. and Patrick V. Fuller, and seven nephews and one niece. There will be a visitation on Thursday, September 10th from 5 to 8PM at the Gilbert L. Dailey Funeral Home at 650 S. 28th St. in Harrisburg. A funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday, September 11th at 11AM at Holy Name of Jesus, 6150 Allentown Blvd, Harrisburg. Memorial contributions may be made to American Brain Tumor Association or Hospice of Central PA.
