Obituary of Jessica L. Snyder

Jessica Lynn Snyder of Harrisburg, PA died suddenly at home on Thursday, October 23. Born on April 13, 1978, she was 36 years of age. She graduated from Susquehanna Township High School in 1996; attended the Indiana University of Pennsylvania and was a graduate of the Empire Beauty School and obtained a license in cosmetology. She was employed at Elle Salon in Camp Hill. Jessica is survived by her husband, Brandon Snyder, her son, Benjamin Snyder, her parents, George and Christina Weaver of Harrisburg, her brother David Weaver of Hershey, her maternal grandfather, Melvin Ludwig of Camp Hill, her Mother and Fathers in law, Rose and Dan Weber and Steve Snyder of Selinsgrove, brother and sister in law, Adam and Jamie Snyder and niece, Avery, as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins. Jessica was beautiful, intelligent, talented, artistic and witty. She was loved by family, friends, co-workers and her salon patrons. Jess was the happiest when she was with her family and friends and when expressing some of her creative nature, whether it was decorating the home or working with her plants and garden. Her favorite places were the beach, amusement parks, walks with her husband and son and making others smile. Words cannot express the void she will leave in the lives of her loved ones. Viewings will be held on Wednesday evening, October 29, from 6 to 9 PM at the Dailey Funeral Home 650 South 28th Street in Penbrook and at St. Margaret Mary Alacoque Church 2800 Paxton Church Road, Harrisburg on Thursday morning from 10 to 11 am.
