Obituary of Ralph Kenneth Wade

Ralph Kenneth Wade, 64, of Harrisburg, passed away Friday, April 24, 2015 at Harrisburg Hospital. Ralph was born in New Rochelle, New York on October 2, 1950, a son of the late Mary Ida Wade-Shelton and Ralph McDaniel. He was retired from the Harrisburg School District. Ralph was a member of Prince Hall Paxton Lodge #16 of the Free and Accepted Masons. Ralph enjoyed fishing. Ralph is survived by his loving wife Betty L. (Evans) Wade; daughters, Shannon Wade, Janelle Wade both of Harrisburg, PA; a sons, Kenneth Wade also of Harrisburg PA, and Kenneth Wade - D'Amore, of New Jersey; a sister, Mary "Cookie" Wade-Lewis (Eric) of the Bronx, NY; brothers, Alan Shelton (Rhonda) of Virginia, Michael Shelton (Dorothy) of Maryland, and Timothy Shelton, of the Bronx, NY. Grandchildren, Jazmine, Hope, Desiree', Destinee', Dynastee', Kenneth Jr., Isaiah, and Joshua. Also Surviving are Aunts, Dorothy Leak, Dora Dixon, Margaret and Raymond Wallace, Marjorie 'Tiny" Crumbley and many cousins, nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Ralph was preceded in death by a son Ralph K. Wade, Jr. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, May 1, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. in the Dailey Funeral Home. A viewing will be held from 1 to 2 PM in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Shoops Cemetery.
