Dear Kerr Family -
I am unable to attend today, but wanted you to know that Charlotte was loved by the PSP family. She truly was the bright spot in your day. She would suggest what was great for lunch that day and she would pile it on, making sure you were satisfied for the afternoon. She would greet you like you were her only patron of the day, but we know that wasn't true. She always looked like she was enjoying herself at Russell's Snack Bar in DHQ. Everybody loved Charlotte! RIP Charlotte!
