Obituary of David B. Swisher

David B. "Pappy" Swisher Jr. 88 of Hummelstown passed away on Wednesday, March 11, 2020 at the M.S. Hershey Medical Center. David was born on October 18, 1931 in Lebanon Co., PA. He was a son to the late David B. Swisher Sr. and Anna (Patches) Swisher. David served in the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Carter Hall. He retired from the Federal Government as a Systems Analyst for Navy Depot of Mechanicsburg. David was an avid golfer, loved life and above all loved his family dearly. Surviving is his wife Ethel M. (Hornberger) Swisher, a daughter, Jody A. Smith of Harrisburg, 2 brothers, Raymond and Russell Swisher both of Lebanon, grandchildren, Nathan D. Smith and fiancé Jocilyn Wilkerson, Jordan M.
