To all of Joe's family member, we wish to express our sympathy over your loss of your father and your friend. He was such a good man who always spoke so highly of his family, especially his Sunday brunches with all his kids. There was rarely a day that went by that he didn't have a story to tell us about how proud he was of all of you. Anyone who spoke to him could tell right away how much he loved you all. I (Cheri) got to see him everyday as our offices were near each other. We shared many stories about our families and laughed often.
The Bishop McDevitt Family has lost one of our closest family members and we are totally at a loss. He loved us all and we loved him. His spirit will live on in those of us who were touched by him. He will always be our angel watching over us, protecting us and cheering on his Crusaders! May God grant him eternal rest!
