Lori was such a warm-hearted and kind person. She was my friend and a colleague who would listen to my stories about my kids and she would share Gretchen's accomplishment with pride and talk about her family trips. Both me and my husband Ali have fond memories of her. I was waiting for her to return to work so that I could congratulate her on her 40th anniversary and celebrate it with her. My thoughts and prayers are with the family during this difficult time. Fatima & Ali

Lori and I have been dear friends since we were 5 years old. We grew up together. We did everything together, including getting our first jobs at Bonanza and our driver's license the same day. I attribute some of my successes to Lori. Lori was an academic. She was a straight A student, and she challenged me to keep up with her. We studied together regularly with our Lipton's hot tea and Middleswarth chips. Our math teacher referred to each of us in our senior yearbooks as 1/2 of the Lori (squared). Lori married her soul mate and love of her life Jack, and they are blessed with their daughter Gretchen. As we got older, Lori always talked about how lucky she was to have her husband Jack. He is her rock. Lori persevered despite difficulties. She is an inspiration to all and a great role model. I have a heavy heart today. I miss her greatly.
